Do you provide onboarding? How does that work?
Yes. Onboarding is the crucial first phase of our engagement. During onboarding, our team will work with your stakeholders to thoroughly understand your processes and data. Once our teams are aligned, we can start importing your data and configuring our environment to meet your specific needs. This may involve importing Excel files, uploading documents from shared drives, building real-time integration with your other systems, etc. Onboarding concludes with user acceptance testing (UAT), where you validate that the Platform meets your requirements.
Is support available for users?
Of course! Our support structure is designed to provide you with comprehensive assistance whenever you need it. In addition to a dedicated customer success manager, you can access our entire customer success team. This ensures you receive prompt and efficient responses to inquiries or support needs.

We offer full customer support from 9:00 AM Eastern Time to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday across multiple channels, including Slack instant messaging, email, and phone, to accommodate your preferred method of communication. For any urgent technical issues outside these hours, our 24/7 support team is ready to assist, ensuring that critical needs are addressed promptly and effectively. 

You will receive detailed information on utilizing each communication channel during your onboarding process, ensuring you're well-prepared to reach out whenever you need support.
Can I get my data exported?
Absolutely! It’s your data. You have complete control over it, including the ability to export it from the Platform at any time. We've designed a straightforward export process, which will be thoroughly explained during onboarding. Your customer success manager is also always available to offer assistance and guide you through the export process as needed, ensuring you can manage your data with ease and confidence.
When should we fully transition to using the Platform instead of our current process and data files?
After completing UAT and conducting a final import of your data into the Platform, it is advisable to use it exclusively to manage your data. The Platform's core advantage lies in its ability to serve as a single source of truth for all your data and processes. Simultaneously using both the Platform and your legacy systems can lead to discrepancies and misalignments, potentially compromising the operational efficiency and data integrity the Platform is designed to enhance. Therefore, embracing the Platform as your primary system immediately after the final data import is strongly recommended to maximize the benefits and maintain consistency across your operations.
How secure is my data on the Platform?
Extremely. Your data's security is our highest priority, and we take extensive measures to ensure it's protected to the utmost degree. Beyond our ISO 27001 certification, which sets the benchmark for data security, we implement a suite of advanced security practices. This includes rigorous third-party penetration testing to detect and rectify vulnerabilities, employing end-to-end encryption to safeguard data both in transit and at rest, and offering multi-factor authentication to enhance access security. What happens during Platform upgrades? Is there any downtime?

These improvements are carried out overnight to minimize any potential disruption to your operations, allowing you to access the Platform without interruption. Our upgrade process is designed to be seamless, ensuring your experience remains uninterrupted, regardless of when the updates occur.
Does the Platform require a specific browser, operating system, or screen size?
Not at all! The Platform is designed with flexibility and accessibility in mind. It supports all major browsers and operating systems and adapts smoothly to any screen size. This means you can access the Platform from your preferred device and browser without worrying about compatibility issues. We aim to ensure that the Platform is as user-friendly and inclusive as possible, providing you with a seamless experience regardless of your technology choices.
Is training provided?
Absolutely! A key component of our onboarding process involves comprehensive training sessions tailored for all Platform users. These sessions, led by our experienced product manager, are designed to equip you and your team with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the Platform's benefits. We also record these training sessions, making them accessible to you for on-demand reference in the future. 

Beyond the initial launch, your dedicated customer success manager is readily available for any further questions or if you require additional personalized, hands-on training. We aim to ensure you feel confident and supported at every stage of using the Platform.
How can we import our data into the Platform?
Throughout the onboarding process, our team is committed to ensuring a smooth transition of your data into the Platform, accommodating a wide range of formats, whether Excel files, databases, or other data formats. We will closely collaborate with you to understand your specific data requirements and provide a tailored solution for importing your data efficiently and securely.

How does the Platform handle data duplication or irregularities during import?

What does UAT mean?

This includes verifying that your data has been accurately imported and displayed correctly and ensuring that all features of the Platform perform up to your expectations. The UAT phase concludes only when you confirm that everything meets your requirements and you're satisfied with how the Platform operates. This step ensures that the Platform fully aligns with your needs before full-scale use.
Does the Platform have a limit on data capacity?
No. The Platform is designed with scalability at its core, allowing it to handle data stores of any size and format efficiently. This flexibility ensures that as your data needs grow or change, the Platform can adapt seamlessly, providing your organization with a future-proofing solution for your data management and processes.
Where does the Platform live? Do we have to have servers set up for it?
We handle all of this on our end. We leverage our expertise in cloud computing to provide a secure, reliable, and scalable environment. This allows us to provide a robust infrastructure and dedicated support, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Is there a mobile app?
While we do not offer a separate, dedicated mobile app, the Platform is fully optimized for a seamless experience across all devices—from desktops and laptops to tablets and smartphones. This design approach ensures you can easily access all of the Platform's features and functionalities, regardless of your device.
